Lenswork is business software for photography and video studios and event agencies. By using this website or signing up for a Lenswork workspace, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and workspaces
Signing up creates a workspace for your business at its own Lenswork address. The person who signs up becomes the workspace owner and must be authorised to accept these terms for the business.
You are responsible for the people you invite, the access you give them and keeping sign-in details private. Tell us through the Contact page if you believe your workspace has been accessed without permission.
Trials and paid plans
A new workspace starts with a free trial of every module available for its business type. No card is needed to start a trial. When the trial ends, the workspace is locked until a paid plan starts; your data is not deleted when a trial ends.
Paid plans are prepaid for a month or a year, for the modules you choose. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and in your workspace before you pay, and GST is added at checkout. You can pay for each period yourself or set up automatic renewal.
If a renewal is not paid, the workspace has a short grace period and is then locked until payment is made. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Lenswork may offer launch access or other promotional terms to some workspaces. Any such offer applies only as described when it is given.
Your data
The client, project, financial and team records you add to your workspace belong to your business. Lenswork uses them only to provide, secure and support the service, as explained in the Privacy Notice.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store the personal information of your clients and team in Lenswork, and for keeping your own copies of records you are legally required to retain. To export or delete your workspace data, contact us through the Contact page.
Enquiries and demos
Sending an enquiry or booking a demo does not create an account or an obligation to buy. Information submitted through a form should be accurate. Please do not send client photographs, videos, passwords or payment details through the website forms.
Responsible use
You must not use the website or a workspace to:
- store or send unlawful, misleading, abusive or malicious material;
- impersonate another person or business;
- interfere with Lenswork or its supporting systems;
- attempt unauthorised access or security testing; or
- use automated activity that disrupts normal operation.
Lenswork may suspend a workspace or block requests that misuse the service, and will tell the workspace owner where it is reasonable to do so.
Website content
Features marked as planned on this website are not yet available and may change before release. Illustrative screens may differ from the product.
The Lenswork name, branding, software, copy and visuals belong to Lenswork or the relevant rights holder. Your plan lets your business use Lenswork; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
Privacy and cookies
The Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled. The Cookie Policy explains the website technologies in use.
Third-party services
Lenswork relies on external services for hosting, storage, payments, form processing and demo booking. Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy information. A link to another website does not mean Lenswork controls or endorses it.
Availability
Lenswork aims to keep the service available and your data safe, but does not promise that the website or workspaces will always be available or error-free. Features may be improved, changed or retired over time; Lenswork will give reasonable notice before removing a module you pay for.
These terms do not remove any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as Lenswork changes. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version, and significant changes will be shown in your workspace or sent to the workspace owner.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.

Grievances
To raise a complaint about Lenswork, your workspace, a payment or your personal information, email the Grievance Officer at hello@lenswork.in with “Grievance” in the subject. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
